The Roadside Tavern is opening its doors again which were shut for the second time in the 156 year history of the pub. (The first time was during snow storm Emma in March 2018!)
Every Saturday night from 6pm, the pub will be welcoming patrons again. Later, local musicians will come in for a trad session which is something they have sorely missed – playing for a live audience, feeling the good vibes that come back to them, and being able to socialise again. Didn’t we all miss that?
We started these trad sessions in October and will keep them going for November, maybe even later.
