Master Class in Smoking Salmon

We will explain our unique smoking process and techniques from start to finish, showing you our custom-designed kiln and smoke box, which is an integral part to our award-winning smoked Salmon products. Through learning about our carefully selected local ingredients and how we use them in each part of the process, you will experience how they contribute to our unique taste which you will enjoy when sampling the Burren Smoked Irish Organic Salmon.

You will also be able to visit our self-guided and fully interactive visitor centre, the “Taste the Atlantic – Salmon Experience”. You will follow the iconic King of Fish through history. Watch the story of the Salmon of Knowledge unfold before your eyes, and unlock knowledge through the different interactive displays. Solve jigsaw and quiz questions. Suitable for school children and grown-ups alike.
