Master Class in Smoking Salmon

We will explain our unique smoking process and techniques from start to finish, showing you our custom-designed kiln and smokebox, which is an integral part to our award-winning smoked Salmon products. Through learning about our carefully selected local ingredients and how we use them in each part of the process, you will experience how they contribute to our unique taste which you will enjoy when sampling the Burren Smoked Irish Organic Salmon.
